Weld Overlay Clad Pipe

Technoclad is equipped with state of the art, fully automated Horizontal Pipe Cladding Machines capable of applying internal weld overlay on pipes from 6" Dia upward. Clad pipes can be supplied in lengths of up to 12 metres.

All pipes are subject to stringent computerized QA/QC monitoring processes. Once cladding is completed all pipes undergo Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) which includes DPI, UT and RT techniques and hydrotesting.
